T-Lug Arm
The arm is shorter on this design so the seat cushion has a lug on it that finishes in front of the arm.

As the name suggests the arm is the full length of the piece of furniture, finishing in line withthe front.
The seat cushion on this design is rectangular.
Swan Front Arm
The base of this arm is full length and the top is marginally shorter so the arm sweeps gently back echoing the shape of a swan's neck. The seat cushion has a slight wedge shape.
